“Pneumatic actuator” is a device that is used to control the opening and closing of industrial valves. The pneumatic actuator converts compressed air energy into rotational or linear movement. In this way, by installing pneumatic actuators on manually operated valves, these valves can be easily controlled by wind energy from the control room. Pneumatic actuators are widely used in oil, gas and petrochemical industries. Sepehr Technology Company is the first manufacturer of pneumatic actuators in Iran and currently supplies these actuators in the following two models to small and large industries:

• Pneumatic actuator drive without return spring B1C

Advantages of pneumatic actuators:

.Compressed air is relatively cheap and easy to prepare
Pistons often move freely and do not lock themselves. For this reason, by installing a spring on one side of the piston, the piston can be returned to its original position in an emergency.
When the air is in contact with a heat source, increasing the pressure of hot air helps the actuator function.
Pneumatic actuator design is simple and their maintenance and repair cost is relatively low.
The excess air that is removed from the system returns to the open air without causing any problems
